Suppa Cafe & Lounge Beylerbeyi — Restaurant in Üsküdar

We went to Suppa Cafe and Lounge Beylerbeyi on Sunday afternoon, and it wasn't crowded. The atmosphere with the view of Bosphorus is impressive. The restaurant is clean; they have a lounge at the back and outdoor seats at the front. Like most restaurants with outdoor seat, Suppa has the same problem. The waiters do not see the customers sited inside. Everyone is serving outside. If you want to get a better service, it would be better to choose your seat outdoors. The problem with sitting outdoors is for the people who do not smoke. Almost everyone sitting outdoors smokes, which is very discomforting and dangerous for health. We took Omelet with mushroom, Muhlama, and rigatoni with meat. The omelet is excellent, and the Rigatoni is okay, but I don’t recommend anyone to try their Muhlama and regrets. This restaurant used to be good. Now, it is the worst restaurant in İstanbul 1- the menu displayed at the entrance to the restaurant has completely different prices than the electronic menu they use. The prices went extremely high 2- the weather is hot like hell, and i was surprised that they didn't even power on the air conditioner 3- the atmosphere has changes a lot. Honestly, I don’t know where to start from. Food below average (uncooked pasta) and staff rude. It’s not the first time during my holidays here that they try to fool you. It’s very rude to stand on top of our heads and wait there until we pay…. They add on the bill( without being mentioned on the menu) a 20% service charge, which as we were told it’s not even for the staff but the owner takes it.. and it’s not optional. You HAVE to pay it..please understand something: if customers are satisfied with the food and service, they always leave a tip. But don’t force...
