Aşiyan Çengelköy — Restaurant in Üsküdar

I visited this restaurant twice, hoping for an improvement in their service and food quality. The first time, I left after 15 minutes waiting for a waiter to come although the restaurant wasn’t busy.

Unfortunately, the second experiences was subpar. The food was poor, and the service was slow and inefficient. We ordered four dishes, but only received two, and decided not to reorder the remaining two to avoid further delays.

The facilities are impressive, with a enjoyable playground and fish tank that kids will love.

However, the food, particularly the pizza, tastes like low-quality frozen pizza. It's a shame that such a well-established restaurant doesn't take their service and food quality more seriously.

While the ambiance is nice, the poor food and service outweigh the positives. Until they improve their culinary offerings and service, I cannot recommend...

Went there for breakfast with my family and we were four of us. Ordered a Asiyan Serpme Breakfast and it was enough for all of us. Although since it’s for only two people they charge you for extra service fee for additional people. I always find service fees total scam everywhere, so even though the prices are fine I don’t visit places like this again.
