Le Jardin Restaurant — Restaurant in Alanya

We ate here on a whim this September during a storm.Le Jardine has a great atmosphere, the staff were not pushy and they were attentive.

The prices are probably the best we came across in Alanya. We ate a main course with sides & I had 2 beers (80 lira) and my partner four cocktails (buy 1 get 1 free). The total including a tip came to about 1200 TRY or roughly £30.

For comparison, in my hotel and most other places on the street a beer (Effes Pilsen) was double the price at about 160 TRY.

The resteraunt decor and set up is basic and can be off putting I think, we walked past it previously for this reason.

But the food was very good at very reasonable prices compared to the surrounding areas, no sore stomachs or anything which we have encountered with some more "upmarket" looking restaurants on the same street.

Was looking for the place to eat, and read recent review about this place. The look from far - it looks like the Christmas came early, and full of food pictures everywhere (which not a good sign usually). However food is was amazing.

Had fish of the day which in my case was dorada, was cooked perfectly and cost only 250 - £7.02 ! As well had cocktails for 220 (2 of them as they not selling one) but they was amazing too!

Make sure you try this place as the food is very good...

Chicken donner kebab amazing, mixed grill (speciality for 2) lovely, a bit dry chicken but seasoning was great, Donner kebab was very good, not spicy enough for my boyfriend but perfect for me. Staff lovely and smiling, drinks 2 for 1 as well! Big lovely drinks and reasonable portions so no food was left but we could still move when leaving the table. ~€60 for 4, with drinks,...
