Title: A Carpenter's Oasis: A Splendid Stay at Ramira City Hotel
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
During our recent stay at Ramira City Hotel, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional comfort and thoughtful design of the rooms. As tradesmen, carpenters, and architects, we are no strangers to the finer details of furniture and interior decor, and the chairs and tables within the room exceeded our expectations in every way. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were apparent, and we found ourselves discussing the quality of these pieces during our entire stay.
The chairs and table weren't just functional; they were a testament to the hotel's dedication to providing an exceptional experience. The ergonomic chairs were a welcome respite after a day of exploring the city, and the table, not only sturdy but also aesthetically pleasing, made for a perfect workspace for us to review our plans and sketches.
Our experience was made even more memorable by the incredibly warm and welcoming receptionist. Her genuine hospitality and friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease. We couldn't help but chuckle when she recounted the hilarious tale of her accidental poolside "elbow drop" – a testament to the hotel's fun and light-hearted atmosphere.
Speaking of the pool, the entire hotel exudes a sense of relaxation and luxury, and the pool area was no exception. We spent an afternoon lounging by the pool, sipping on expertly crafted cocktails that perfectly captured the essence of the city's flavors. The staff's attention to detail extended beyond the room decor – the drinks were a delightful blend of creativity and flavor.
When it came to dining, the hotel's restaurant surpassed our expectations. The culinary offerings were a delightful fusion of local ingredients and international influences. The variety of dishes catered to a range of palates, and we found ourselves indulging in everything from traditional favorites to innovative creations. It was clear that the chefs took immense pride in their work, and it showed in every bite.
What truly stood out during our stay was the dedication of the entire staff. From the housekeeping team who ensured our room was a haven of comfort, to the bartenders who crafted memorable cocktails, every individual we interacted with demonstrated a commitment to making our stay exceptional.
In conclusion, Ramira City Hotel provided us with an experience that exceeded our expectations on every level. As tradesmen with a keen eye for detail, we found ourselves marveling at the craftsmanship of the room's furnishings. The warm welcome from the receptionist and the hotel's lively atmosphere added a personal touch to our stay. The delectable food, exquisite cocktails, and impeccable staff service made this stay truly unforgettable. Without a doubt, we would eagerly return to Ramira City Hotel on our...

Before coming to this hotel, we researched hotels both in Alanya and other cities in Turkey for weeks. The important thing for us was to find a clean and comfortable hotel that provides the price/performance balance, where we can have a comfortable holiday, which fits the all-inclusive concept, where we cannot wait for a long time during the meal due to the overcrowding, without the sound of children. It met our needs exactly. Since I worked in a large hotel before, I had the opportunity to make many comparisons. If we go into detail;
Service: The employees were very concerned and smiling. We cannot thank enough especially Alina Hanım at the reception. She welcomed us very well with her smiling face, she always helped us. Likewise, Cengiz Bey at the reception and Mahmut Bey at the restaurant were very interested and helpful.
Cleaning: The hotel, the pool, the restaurant were all very clean. Since there are too many people in big hotels and holiday villages, employees cannot keep up with cleaning the toilets in the common areas, they can ignore the garbage on the right and left. That's why the first thing that caught my attention was that the common areas were as clean as the rooms. Tiny shampoos and tiny shower gels are delivered to the rooms every day. Likewise, housekeeping comes every day, puts new toilet paper in the toilet and our daily water bottle next to the minibar.
Entertainment: Some days, events such as folklore shows, bingo night, live music are organized, of course, you should follow them. The songs played in the restaurant and in the pool are very successful. You will hear beautiful songs from local and foreign, nostalgia songs to the newest songs.
Meals: You can eat all day in the form of breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. When I try to try everything, I say be careful not to have a stomach problem. We wanted to try more lunch and dinner instead of eating much for breakfast so that we would have room in our stomachs. Because while many things don't change at breakfast, very different and delicious dishes come out for dinner. They are especially successful in meat dishes and sauces. The things we will miss the most will definitely be the food.
Location: It takes 7-8 minutes to get to the hotel from the bus station and costs around 50 TL. It is not near the sea, but you can go and go with the shuttle service at certain times of the day. Own the hotel. You get off in front of the beach and enjoy the sea to the fullest. Everything you need is around you. Pharmacy, boutiques, rossmann, mc donalts, everything you can think of is just a few steps away.
We were very satisfied with the hotel, I hope you have a...
Read moreShocked by this hotel staff - particularly in the restaurant and bar - mainly Yusuf and Ali in the restaurant, and I could not read the name of the bar man as his badge was old and the name was not visible. Feels like staff is not trained, and some people have severe anxiety issues, treat guests in a rude way and absolutely disrespectfully. What also made us speechless is when we felt ourselves really weird when the bar man and a lady from Germany went to the ladies room together … will not describe the details. We understand that this is a 18+ hotel but I am not sure staff should offer other services to the guests outside their job description. Just speechless about this situation. This is always accompanied by dummy jokes towards all women at the bar like “do you really need your wine today, why do you need it, etc” .. Restaurant and bar staff speak poor English, refuse to help in easy asks - we had multiple situations with Yusuf when we asked to open the window as it was very stuffy inside (he didn’t just decline but answered very rude to us and our parents), refused to bring a tooth pick, or explain why he is rushing to take our non finished plates without asking, or doing smth with our table just rudely violating your privacy and not explaining the actions, or he could just turn his back and walk away dancing when we were in front of him kindly asking something. To be honest it didn’t feel safe around him - I don’t want to judge but this felt like mental illness. He has no idea how to approach the guests who are staying in this hotel not for free btw and I assume our money also goes for his salary ... ; one of the waiters - Ali - refused to speak English to me explaining that I don’t speak Turkish so he is not obliged to talk English to the guests … although he works with guests from different countries in the industry of hospitality and prefers just to be rude like this. This level of communication and disrespect makes a huge impact on hotel reputation. Thus I would never come back to this place and do not recommend it to anyone as you will be stressed by this experience. I understand that some guests may be also disrespectful sometimes but it doesn’t mean that other guests need to pay off for others while treating everybody respectfully. And staff should be professional in any situation actually. Hospitality industry minimum requirements are respect, professional communication, guest’s support, good level of English. Haven’t seen it...
