A very atmospheric and authentic place. I travelled more than 15 km just to drink tea in an interior like this. The atmospere starts even before you enter - I'ts very green, there're a lot of plants and even ivy on the stone wall. The place's entrance truly embelishes the small steep street. The interior is flawless - it's an authentic Mediterranean interior, it's Palestinian subtype, to be exact. It's not pretentious, it's quite democratic, DIY(Do It Yourself) and real, but absoultely perfect. They don't copy it, they live it. I liked the food, too. The food is always amazing, great taste and big portions but if you’re alone or two people and want to eat comfortably, avoid during Ramadan. I reserved a table with the Iftar menu for myself and was, without asking me in advance, sat outdoors on a small stool in a corner without a proper table. I had to constantly chase away the street cats trying to climb on my food and it was a cold night so I got sick. I wish they had just told me that the restaurant was booked out so I could have gone somewhere else instead.
