Maç izlemek için gideceğim saatten 2 saat önce arayıp rezervasyon yaptırdım.Mekana geldiğimizde yemek siparişi vermek istedik ve verdiğimiz siparişten alakasız bir şey önümüze geldi. Garsonlara siparişin yanlış olduğunu söyledik. Yiyecekleri masada tutmakta ısrar ettiler. Arkadaşıma sağlık sorunları olduğunu ve bu yemeği yiyemeyeceğini söyledim. Garsonlar, yanlış yemek için ücretin kendi maaşlarından kesileceğini söyleyerek yemeğin masada kalması konusunda ısrar etti. Daha sonra ısrarlarımıza dayanamayıp yemeği değiştirdiler. Maç saati geldiğinde televizyonu açmalarını istedim. Televizyon arızalı dediler. 2 saat önceden arayıp maç için rezervasyon yaptırdım. Mekana geldiğimde televizyonlarda sorun olduğunu söylediler. Hesabı istedik ve mekandan ayrılmak istedik. Ama ısrarla hesabı getirmek istemediler ve televizyonla uğraşmaya devam ettiler. 3 kez hesap istemek zorunda kaldım. Müşteriye saygı sıfır. Personel ne yaptığının farkında değil. Fiyatlar kesinlikle çok pahalı. Ödediğinizin karşılığını alamıyorsunuz. Porsiyonlar çok küçük. Beşiktaş gibi bir yerde kesinlikle tercih edilecek bir yer değil.

I called and made a reservation 2 hours in advance to watch the match.When we came to the place, we wanted to order food and something unrelated to the order we gave came to us. We told the waiters that the order was wrong. They insisted on keeping the food on the table. I told my friend that he has health problems and cannot eat this food. The waiters insisted that the food be left on the table, saying that the wage would be deducted from their own salary for the wrong meal. Later, they could not stand our insistence and changed the meal. When it was time for the match, I asked them to turn on the television. They said that the television was faulty. I called 2 hours in advance and made a reservation for the match. When I came to the venue, they told me that there was a problem with the televisions. We asked for the account and wanted to leave the place. But they did not want to bring the account persistently and continued to deal with the television. I had to ask for an account 3 times. Zero respect for the customer. The staff is unaware of what they are doing. The prices are definitely too expensive. You don't get what you pay for. The portions are too small. It's definitely not a place to be preferred in a place like Beşiktaş.
