We were actually going to try their restaurants that offers Levantine dishes but unfortunately when we got there at 6:30pm on a Friday they were sold out, but they the falafel shop right next to it.
The place was PACKED with people sitting inside and standing outside on the street everyone eating and it was so inviting. We went in and the team was amazing.
We ordered: Lebanese Fatte 4/5: (it definitely doesn't taste exactly like the fatteh back home in Lebanese, it needs more fat and more yogurt but I still give it a good rating)
-Falafel wrap in Lebanese bread 5/5: I am not a falafel person and I eat it once in a blue moon, but this was soooo good and fresh and full of vegetables, my only comment was that It needs more sauce but as soon as I asked for some they gave me a ramekin of tahini sauce so I can top it off as much as I want.
While eating you will notice the people are enjoying the food, the workers even though it's super packed are signing while working and creating a fun and beautiful experience.
We paid 250tl for both items which is also very cheap.
I love this place and definitely...
Read moreThe high rating is justified. We ate at Yalla Falafel about 2 weeks ago. We had no idea about the limited seating capacity and how small the place was. I had only read reviews and seen pictures of the dishes. We were a group of 13! The staff was able to get us seated and was super friendly. I was worried about the size of our group and our larger order quantity. The response from the staff was: "Small place, big taste! Relax, we have everything covered." The Hummus plate was delicious, but their Fatte dishes were incredible! We also had their Falafel wraps. We're not Falafel fans, in general, but they were good wraps. Highly recommend their Fatte dishes and awesome customer service. It was a memorable, delicious, healthy, and vegetarian meal for us - a nice break from all the meat based dishes everywhere else...
Read moreVisited the place many times and here is my extensive review:
The most affordable and the most delicious Falafel so far in the town. They slightly marked up their prices recently, but still very reasonable for this quality.
I tried most of the menu items and enjoyed them all. The falafel is very crunchy outside and pretty delicate inside. They use sunflower oil to fry the falafels. Falafel wrap is full with herbs and greens. I also had Lebanese style Fatte which was extremely good. Hummus plate was so great, too. The ingredients in the hummus was very proportional and at top class quality in terms of ingredients.
It’s a very small place, not suitable for big groups. There is indoor and outdoor seating option which the tables accommodate up to 6-8 people.
Overall rating 4.7/5 for a Falafel Fast...
