We recently had the pleasure of dining at Kebapci, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish.

The mezze selection at Kebapci is not to be missed. The flavors were outstanding, and we particularly enjoyed the spicy tomato and pickle cucumber mezze. The combination of tangy and spicy notes added a delightful kick to the meal, complementing the other dishes perfectly.

The highlight of the meal was undoubtedly the mix kebab platter. It was a feast for the senses. The kebabs were cooked to perfection, tender and juicy with a wonderful blend of spices. Each variety on the platter had its own distinct flavor profile, and together they created a harmonious symphony of tastes that left us craving for more.

Not only was the food at Kebapci exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff members were attentive and friendly. They were more than happy to provide recommendations and ensure that we had a memorable dining experience.

I’ve been trying many different kebap restaurants, and Etiler Kebapçı is by far the best kebap I’ve had so far in Istanbul in terms of food quality, service pace and professionalism and the ambiance.

To be honest, I did not know this place was Nusret’s first restaurant before coming. I may have not chosen this place because I’m not fan of him. I don’t like his marketing policies and the way he shows off. Especially after his rude behavior and illegal efforts to take pictures with World Cup heroes is unacceptable.

However, I can’t slander about his work. The hot starters, the kebap and döner was excellent! Simply amazing!

Lahmacun and içli köfte were also phenomenal! İçli köfte was very juicy inside and crunchy outside. Lahmacun was very crunchy and the meat quality was top notch.

Fıstıklı Kebap (kebab with pistachio) was very good, too. I loved the way it sustained its flavor and juicy inside while it remained consistent, and was not falling apart.

Künefe with kaymak on top was very delicious, too.

Service was very good and fast. The ambiance is very nice. It was modernly decorated with nice interior design.

Prices are very reasonable for this good quality especially in an upscale neighborhood like Etiler. We paid like 800 TL pp without alcohol. January 2024.
