Locals smoking everywhere, seriously affecting diners' health!

This is the coffee shop inside the palace, and the prices are relatively normal. However, the reality is far from what's shown in the menu pictures. For example, the chocolate shake, in the photos, it comes with whipped cream, a clear separation between the chocolate layers, and chocolate crumbles as toppings. However, in reality, it's not much different from the "ice milo" you can get at a local Singaporean hawker center. Aside from being chocolate-flavored, it's quite ordinary.

If you consider the overall value for money, the price is likely on the higher side, especially considering customers are paying for a chocolate shake but receiving something more akin to a glass of iced Milo!

The habit of locals smoking in the dining area is serious bad. They lack basic social etiquette, and when you ask them not to smoke, they have no shame! Disappointing!

No wonder the rating is...

Ce café n'a rien d'agréable, les serveurs sont aux fraises et ne prêtent aucune attention à la clientèle, après l'attente pour recevoir le menu, l'éternité d'attente pour qu'ils viennent prendre votre commande, (au passage ils n'ont pas tout ce qu'ils proposent sur la carte et ils nous 're laissent choisir' pendant une autre éternité...). On est ensuite servis tant bien que mal au bout d'un énième temps d'attente des choses qui ne correspondent pas à ce qu'on a commandé. Ma limonade maison s'est transformé en sorte de Sprite au fruits exotiques industriel et 'non mais c'est normal'. J'avais pas envie de re patienter mille ans alors je l'ai bu et on a mis moins de temps à boire qu'à être servi. Une chose est sûre: la prochaine fois j'irais faire une...
