They had the best San Sebastián I had of all the places I visited in Istanbul. Maybe it was because I was hungry or it was because it didn’t taste too sweet. The girl in the hijab working there was so friendly and smiley which is so rare in Istanbul. I don’t mind that they usually don’t smile but when they do, I notice and appreciate it.
My phone died on the night of the game and before I had a chance to recharge it using a portable battery which they have available here. This is very useful and from what I know, not many places offer this. You need a Turkish number and the Porty app to use it but unfortunately my phone died and I was too shy to borrow another customer’s charging cable. I ended up getting a taxi. As per many comments below, I won’t go as far as to claim racism, but 100% the staff give off some sort of snarky attitude. We wanted to eat but right off the bat could tell the vibe was just crap so just ordered coffee instead. Example, our coffee is ready, obviously for us as we got there well before the two girls standing in-front of us. Staff member refuses to listen to us saying it’s ours even after cross checking 100 times with the other customers receipt that it wasn’t theirs. Having been through 5 countries on our trip prior to here, this is the worst customer service we experienced, that’s...

Very unprofessional and they're all kids behind counters. My coffee tasted rubbish and we ordered mocha which tasted nothing like mocha but just plain milk and funny tasting chocolate..we complained and the waitress went ahead and poured left over coffee into the drink without any courtesy and which was probably sitting in the coffee machine for ages. Our drinks totalled 100+ lira and we ended up throwing it in garbage. In case you ended up going there, always watch out for what order they take as they don't understand...
