Ducked into Viyana Kahvesi last March on a rainy day around the Galata Tower area and, wow, what a cozy spot! Definitely try the Sebastian cheesecake if you go—it’s the perfect blend of moist and dense with a delicious chocolate flavor that hits just right.

But the real star for me was the chai tea. With the cinnamon aroma filling the air, it tasted amazing, especially with the rain coming down outside. Just set the mood perfectly!

Very good dessert. Absolutely delicious. I ordered a hot chocolate, Turkish tea, and the Pera. Pera was very good. It had a pudding or custard in the middle that was incredible. It did not have too much chocolate either it was really nicely balanced. The hot chocolate came with lots of whipped cream on top that gave it a beautiful appearance and taste. Ein echtes Highlight für alle, die herbstliche Gewürze mögen. • Tiramisu: Gut, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Es war frisch und hatte eine angenehme Konsistenz, hätte aber geschmacklich noch etwas intensiver sein können.

Service & Bedienung

Der größte Minuspunkt des Cafés war die Bedienung. Die Kellner waren sehr aufdringlich, räumten ständig leere Gläser oder Besteck ab und standen direkt vor unserem Tisch, was das gemütliche Sitzen und Unterhalten unangenehm machte. Anstatt unauffällig und diskret zu arbeiten, fühlte man sich regelrecht beobachtet, was den Wohlfühlfaktor erheblich reduzierte.

Preis-Leistung

Die Qualität der Getränke und Speisen war gut, aber der störende Service schmälert das Gesamterlebnis. Wenn man sich auf den guten Kaffee konzentriert und sich nicht von der Bedienung stören lässt, kann es sich lohnen.
