J'adore Chocolatier — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

I went to this shop with great expectations. I was sadly disappointed. I ordered Tiramisu, Oh La La Beatrice, two vanilla ice cream, and one hot chocolate. All sweets were overly sweet! From other comments, it seems like making all options, so sugary is a change made to appease tourists. Personally, I could glint the mastery of dessert making under the saccharine facade of Americanized sweets and was sad not to have tasted the original recipe. Perhaps a choice should be added to order the original recipe or the childish (glazed) option. Finally, the Tiramisu was almost coffee free and more of a cream cake than the textured wonder I am familiar with. I would have given this experience one star if not for the wonderful service of the attending...

Taş fırında pizza çok yerde bulamayacağınız cinsten. 3 katlı küçük ama bir o kadar şirin bir yer. Hafta sonu yer bulmak çok zor kapıdan döndüğüm zamanı bilirim. Aynı sokakta iki dükkan olmasına rağmen ikisinde de yer bulmak çok zor. Eski bina ateş tuğlalar, duvar süslemeleri, masa düzeni, masadaki canlı çiçekler, masada yazan şirin notlar duvar yazıları burada her şey sempatik ve içten. Dedim ya butik:) Pizza ve makarnalarından daha çok halis muhlis el yapımı çikolatasıyla ünlü olan mekanda tabi ki çikolata yedim. Buranın baş yapıtı olan oh la la... Altında kek üstünde el yapımı çikolata sosu üste meyveler ve krema. Harika bir uyum olmuş. Personel ilgisi çok yüksek. Önce çay söyledik çay taptaze değme çay bahçelerinden daha lezzetli bir çay yanında oh la la ...Oh ne ala. Butik İtalyan restoranı kahvesi kalite olur dedim ama beğenmedim. Aslında çok şaşırdım çay kalite ve içtiğim el yapımı limonata muazzam fakat kahve başarısız :) Keyifle oturup muhabbet edeceğiniz bir mekan. Tavsiye ederim. Lezzet: 4,5, kalite/fiyat:4,5/5 Tavsiye ederim...

I recommend to try the petit fours (large strawberries covered by frozen chocolate). Beatrice (pieces of strawberry and banana in chocolate sauce with a big cloth of whipped cream on top) is the talk of the town but not my favorite. Often you have to wait here until a table becomes available. At busy moments the cafe is so stuffed it becomes less comfortable. Be aware they serve the Jadore desserts in both the tiny chocolatier/cafe at the end of the street and the pizzeria La Fontana 2...
