Ney'le Mey'le Meyhane — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

Had my first authentic raki & balik experience here and it was amazing! We ordered calamari, prawns, patlican soslu, hummus (best ive ever tried), ezme salad, fries & anchovies for mains accompanied by a bottle of raki (with spicy salgam of course)

The waiter Hasan was very helpful and even showed us the mezes before ordering. Although the music was quiet, the music from next door was loud enough.

Prices are great- if we had this meal in the UK it would be £100+ whereas we only gave around 450 lira for all of this.

Great restaurant! The waiters arn't pushy and let you take your time. The menu is translated in many languages and the waiters are quite fluent in English so you won't struggle ordering if your Turkish isn't the best. Also, they have vegetarian options. Meat and salad were taste. Eggplant with yogurt very spice, but waiter didn’t tell about it. I asked about fresh juice - waiter bring us from packet.
