A very disappointing experience and does not correspond to high ratings at all.
Not recommended for families, noise sensitive people or working people who need good internet connection.
The stuff: Polite but unprofessional and unenthusiastic. Upon my arrival nobody met me, I was with two heavy suitcases and had to leave them outside late in the evening to go up the stairs of the porch and inside the hotel to ask for help.
Then the receptionist took all the payment in advance in cash without providing a receipt. After I’d insisted on a receipt several times I was given instead a post-it note with the receptionist’s signature and a hotel stamp…
The location: Unpleasant and very noisy. The small streets are rather dirty and there are many pubs and clubs around with loud music and nightlife noise until late at night, as well as a lot of people shouting in the streets. Since the air conditioning is central you have to choose between open window with loud noise and closed window with stuffed air.
The hotel: The rooms are quite clean and have all the basic amenities, but are small and lack sunlight (at least those that face the side-street). The rooms are not sound proof at all. You will hear people in other rooms coughing and flushing their toilets and you will hear their morning alarm clock going off.
Terrible wifi, could not properly support a simple zoom call.
No real breakfast available even as an option - only some cold cereals, small pastries and coffee/tea that were presented as “complimentary” and “free” which is weird and manipulative after you pay 90 euro for a night.
Lack of comfortable common areas.
Despite the hotel being very clean and renovated and having all the basic amenities it is the opposite of cozy, feels rather lifeless and unwelcoming.
Definitely not worth the money that is asked for it, definitely not a boutique hotel level experience nor a 4 star-rated level.
Thankfully was able to cancel the rest of the stay via booking.com and...
Read moreI don't know where to start, since me and my wife stayed here for 17 days, so many good things to tell.
Firstly is the location. No matter if you are a first timer or you have been in Istanbul before. The location of perfect. It is literally 2-3 minute walk from the famous Istiklal Cadessi. Galata Tower is walkable and Taksim Square is just nearby. You can find almost anything you need just right in front of the hotel, from groceries, lokanta (Turkish restaurant) to sim card store.
The property itself. everything from the lobby, corridor and public seating space were very clean and fresh. I stayed in Deluxe and Deluxe Balcony Room. The balcony is a real balcony. It had chairs and table, you can sit, drink coffee while enjoying the street. Could not ask for more. It was a spacious, bright and modern room. You will get what you see in the internet.
I have to convey my gratitude to all the guys from the hotel. All of them were so kind, helpful. I could see their heart and passion in doing things. Mr Mustafa, Mr Ahmet, Mr Hotel Manager, Lady in the cleaning service, and everyone, thank you for your help. I could not ask for a better hospitality during my good times in Istanbul. Thank you.
I would like to recommend this property to everyone who visits Istanbul. If someday I come to Istanbul again, I will without a doubt, stay in this hotel again.
Thank you. Hope you guys always in a good...

Cons The entire time AC (Central Ac) didn't worked and we complained the same to the hotel team, however staff was not really concerned at all. Initially there response was we will get it repaired next morning, however later on they changed its October month so our ACs will function and throw only hot air...😅 it's being functioned centrally Weird excuse... however their common air was cooler due to central ac...
At the end, One day I had to rely on my hangover to get sleep, however second day without AC it was unbearable and unfortunately I didn't get proper sleep. Please note if you don't get proper sleep your next day is ruined.
You must be thinking why AC is required in 15-20 Degrees in Istanbul....the reason is there are nearby clubs that party upto 4AM so you can't keep open your window and there's no fan in the room...hence it becomes mandatory to survive
I was happy with the room other facilities and location...but this AC mess up was totally a not acceptable from such...
