I recently dined at Sampiyon Kokorec, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The food was nothing short of perfect. Every dish we ordered was a culinary masterpiece. The flavors were balanced, the presentation was impeccable, and the quality of ingredients was evident in every bite. We were traveling around in Turkiye and have tried kokorec in Fethiye, Izmir and Istanbul and I think I like the Istanbul version where they add some spicy oil to the bread and also chopped tomato and pepper. I am happy to eat the food and to support their business here. I paid 120 lira for half the bread and you can actually taste the intestine. I think it is fair for the food they serve and the area. We went to another one in Grand Bazaar the day before and paid 70 for bread and spices, no intestine at all which is kinda sad to see some ppl just want to take advantage of tourists without actually delivering the product they were paid to. The kokoreç here is absolutely amazing. Great blend of spices and leaves you wanting more! The gentlemen working here were very pleasant. I will definitely be going back a few more times before I leave Istanbul. Credit cards are accepted for payment.

Edit: went back again to get two more. This place is definitely a must go while in Istanbul! The bread is perfect, and soaks up the juices without being too thick or hard, and the meat and spices are just out of this world. So freaking good, and the staff are...
