CAFE SOUL RESTOURANT & BAR — Restaurant in Fethiye

Horrific experience at this restaurant a few weeks ago. I should have smelled a rat when we were initially told that kids meals did not include chips? First time I have heard that one. Waiter with the long hair should not be in the service industry. Shocking attitude. 'Manager' who was looking after taking payment is even worse. This restaurant do not know what a stir fry is. And after producing a dish that they were passing off as a stir fry, my daughter started eating it out of politeness. The waiter assured us that it was a 'stir fry'. After further deliberation, and a change of dish - something resembling a stir fry emerged from the kitchen. Meanwhile, other members of the party received their food, and 20 minutes later a simple Pide and a cheese burger still hadn't arrived. Restaurant absolutely not interested in taking responsibility for the problem(s). Didn't even want to throw us in a round of drinks. I asked for the owners number to give him my view on the experience , but no response and no response to my message on Facebook. Shocking...

We love going to Cafe Soul as they serve a delicious karniyarik that we can't resist! It is so tasty and fresh. I also tried a steak, which was a bit tough and overcooked but I bought it to their attention and they were very apologetic and quick to replace it with a perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious steak. This is such a great place to go anytime of day. The best breakfast in Calis, and lovely lunch and dinner food too. Simon has some amazing staff....Japon, Tevfik, Nesta, Onur and Appollo are all excellent, great fun. And charming. They make the place buzz with laughter and wonderful service. You feel very special.
