Even though it’s off-season, last weekend I had the chance to experience both the hotel and its restaurant with a friend.
The hotel rooms are exactly what you'd expect from a city hotel in Fethiye—modern, practical, and just the right size to spend quality time without feeling cramped or bored.
It’s also a real treat to explore the exhibitions of local and national artists in the gallery downstairs, and then enjoy a fully-fledged Western-style appetizer afterward.
Everything was great. But the most delicate and important part? The wine selection and the kitchen?
The wine list is extensive enough to make a lot of people happy, and includes some important wines from Turkey's evolving Wineries.
The tables, the lighting, the colors—all of them create an atmosphere that enhances both relaxation and appetite. We enjoyed our meal for a full four hours without getting bored. The service staff was a shadow far away— and always near without being intrusive.
We ordered a few different things from the menu, and everything was served at just the right temperature and with perfect timing.
I’d also like to congratulate the chef and his recipes. Usually, when you visit places like this, you end up paying for the decor and little else. But this place is truly different.
So why did I choose this place? I was curious about Mr. Bora Tanık establishment, knowing his peaceful and professional personality that he clearly reflects in both his work and the atmosphere around him.
And honestly, I went there with high expectations—actually, I went with quite a critical mindset, which I guess can be risky! You know, it’s easier to be happy when you go in without any expectations. But because I knew the person behind it, my expectations were higher. And, I have to say, I was satisfied more than I expected.

Mausolos and Artifact were my personal favorites—one feels like a myth brought to life, the other like a modern classic. The presentation is just as thoughtful as the flavors.

Абсолютно все блюда были вкусные, свежейшие морепродукты, интересная подача, официантка подробно рассказывала про каждое блюдо при подаче. Цукини были очень хорошо на фаршированы креветками, в кляре. Большая тарелка с мидиями, с невероятно вкусным соусом. Рыба в хрустящем кляре была чуточку соленая, но соус компенсировал и давай блюду немного острую пикантную изюминку. Осьминог в салате был мясистый и немного подкопченный. На десерт мы взяли Le Populaire Baklava - это сэндвич из двух тонких слоенных квадратика и толстый слой сливочного сыра(крема) с огромным количеством фисташки - не типичная интерпретация популярного турецкого десерта.
Одно из немногих мест в городе, да и на всем побережье, где еда стоит своих денег. Получили огромное гастрономическое удовольствие, с радостью вернемся еще раз.
Единственное чего не хватало это картинок в меню, особенно это касалось десертов, но официантка подробно рассказала про каждый десерт.
И еще один небольшой минус, громкая музыка, но мы были вечером пятницы и застали выступление диджея🎵
