A restaurant that I would not recommend to anyone, both in terms of business ethics. I was there yesterday, and you had empty tables.Your comment shows how much of a liar you are. Also, probably according to an old facility, we can prove it there from the camera footage. For some reason, your approach is not nice at all because it is a Turkish customer. The fact that you cannot handle criticism proves what an amateur business you are.I condemn you, it is shameful that you accuse people of lying.Your employee saw that you had a vacancy and called you with a change of tone. You responded that there was no vacancy because you saw that we were not foreigners. I am a doctor with enough education to understand this. What really upsets me is that we were treated much better in a restaurant owned by a British citizen. They have a more ethical and polite approach than you. I recommend that you follow...
Read moreI learned about baharat restaurant not from the sign or reviews but from the red defender car the owner Hasan has roaming around Kalkan. it is an interesting-looking car, a real solid one with the baharat sign painted on the sides. Recently, prince Philip's casket was carried on a modified defender during his televised funeral per his will. But this review is not about the car but about the place and the experience of eating out at baharat. it is a meat restaurant and the host Hasan Akbas is a vivacious and colorful chef putting on a show many times per night so don't worry if you miss one. He will have another one at another table soon. The meats are dry aged and full of flavor. According to him, this year he bought the meat from the high plains of Burdur. baharat is one of the better restaurants in Kalkan and probably the best meat restaurant in Kas-Kalkan-Patara area....

To make matters worse, as we left, there was no thank you, no goodbye - nothing. For a restaurant of this level, you expect hospitality to shine all the way through, not just on the plate.
Baharat could be a truly exceptional dining experience if the service team reflected the same care and quality as the chefs. Until then, be prepared for amazing food paired with...
