Kalamaki Dragon Chines Restaurant — Restaurant in Kaş

Tonight I have had my worse meal in Kalkan . I am not new to Kalkan I have been coming here for 20years and we have a villa here . Not only was the food in edible I couldn’t in fact differentiat between dishes . It was Chinese and it was really disgusting . Worse than this they charged 1000 lira £140 I find this shocking as I can get a very good meal at home in the west end for less than this . We discovered when it arrived that three lots of ribs were missing , hence we phoned to let them know , they decided not to understand but eventually agreed that they had forgotten to deliver them but then decided that they wanted to charge a further 300 tl . I feel this is so sad that Kalkan has come to this , this is a total rip off eventually this will be the downfall of what was a very delightful place where you were treated with respect and well looked after . We have had a villa here for 20 years. We are currently hosting friends who fancied a Chinese takeaway tonight. We placed our order and after a bill of 1000 TL for four of us we discovered that 3 of our dishes were missing. We called to tell them and at this point they said they couldn’t hear us. Eventually he said he realised he had forgotten them. He then said he would charge us an extra 300 TL for them. I explained we had been charged for these dishes on our first order. After a long discussion it became apparent they had no intention of correcting their error without charge. It brought back memories of a bad night in China town,London with the Triads. Delicious food with heartwarming service and enchanting atmosphere. As soon as you get to the Kalamaki Dragon restaurant you are pleasantly surprised by the beautiful setting and the ambience. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, really a picture! The service is truly outstanding: professional, attentive and with genuine hospitality. Many thanks to the staff, they helped us very well and everything happens with a smile. Then the food, rich in flavor and like a work of art.
