I recently had the pleasure of dining at Eclipse, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the breathtaking sea view that greeted me. The ambiance alone would have been worth the visit, but the exceptional service and delectable dishes took it to another level. The staff at Eclipse went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. They were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations that perfectly suited my taste. As for the food, each dish was a culinary masterpiece. Oh dear lord this place is amazing. We have eaten here twice in the short amount if time we have been in Kalkan. Once for lunch and once for dinner. At lunchtime they have a few tables in the shade in their courtyard downstairs which are lovely and shaded. The experience is very chilled but the food is still amazing. The evening terrace dining is a but busier and formal but the views are incredible. The food in the evening would be the one area I think a small improvement could be made on (my steak was well done not medium as ordered). However everything still tasted amazing, I'd recommend the grilled meatballs, salmon and fried ice cream. As a final point on the food/ drink they have a white wine called Diomond which is the best wine we have had in all the resturants we've been to here. We were a large group of 24 and we booked beforehand. When we arrived we were greeted by very friendly staff who showed us to our beautifully laid out tables. The rooftop terrace was very scenic. Everyone really enjoyed their food. I can highly recommend the salmon fillet which came with a side plate of home made chips. It also had fresh vegetables to accompany it. Roberto was very attentive and helpful and he made us all feel so welcome. The bill was quite complicated at the end because we wanted to pay for some people's meal with part of our collection.
