To improve: nothing of note. Just a little pricey.
Our waiter Özcan helped us very well; he even helped add things to our dish that we wanted (which wasn't originally part of the menu, eg. soğan/onions with the iskender), and helped us take photos, and gave us free çay (turkish tea) and türk kahvesi (turkish coffee). The iskender was great! Usually due to the economic situation, the meat is very thinly sliced, but here they gave generous slices and the taste was amazing. The salad was also very well-presented.

We were in Izmir for 4 days and returned each day to try something different. The Adana kebab is melt in your mouth goodness. The service is rapid and almost all meals are served with a traditional Turkish salad. If you like barbecued meats don't miss this place.
