🇧🇦 Bosnian House 📍 Marsa Al bateen
Read the news the other day that the famous BOSNIAN HOUSE is now open in Albateen.
For those who don't know it, it's an award winning Bosnian restaurant that have 5 branches in Dubai.
I tried hard to set the right time and date to take the family there for a sunset early dinner.
To cut the story short, the place is worth visiting for so many reasons ::: Food is amazing , limited menu which is a good thing to help you satisfy your craving quickly:) Bread, Ajvar sauce & salad with onion are beyond amazing. Bosnian tea is aromatic and relaxing ..the perfect end after such a decadent meal. Decor is simple, authentic and eye catching . *Music is beautiful. Service is excellent. Prices are very reasonable ( main dish ranges from 44 ~ 58 ).
The view is one of the main strong factors here..so try to enjoy it during the day time until sunset. It was free parking yesterday (Saturday).
It was a good experience for all members of the family 😀 the only few things that didn't impress us were the borek, the soup and the take away packaging!
You can call their call center to make a booking...
Read moreSuch a warm and welcoming, soulful place and service with delicious food at affordable prices. I spent my birthday, with my friends there, because I wanted something that feels like home - as I am Serbian, Bosnia and that ex-Yu heritage is very close to my heart, and it was absolutely delightful! To me, it had that special vibe that I wanted, and their service, I just can't compliment enough! Lovely, friendly, hardworking girls who did everything, so naturally and organically, to make me and my friends enjoy my day. It is a place that I recommend to everyone, I'll be coming back, bringing my Serbian, Turkish, Nigerian, South African, American, Palestinian (and all other) friends, because I want to share this special warmth and delight with all of them. Absolutely the best dine out experience I've...
Read moreWe went to Bosnian house during the iftar time. We had small kids with us who have been walking and cycling with us during our long walk. So we were carrying a water bottle for them. While we were having our food in the restaurant, the kids were thirsty and drank water from the water bottle we were carrying.. The lady who was serving the food told us in a rude way that water bottles are not allowed. This was so unwelcoming!! The staff is not friendly at all. We were not even served with water from the restaurant even on payment basis during iftar time. Food is good but the service and staff attitude is very bad, bringing down our overall experience. Not...
