I recently had the pleasure of staying at the InterContinental Hotel Residences Abu Dhabi and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

Mr. Rauf and his team were truly outstanding. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing exceptional service were evident throughout my entire stay. They went above and beyond to ensure that every request was met promptly and with a smile. The level of professionalism and genuine care they exhibited truly made me feel like a valued guest.

One of the things that stood out to me about this hotel was its cleanliness. The rooms, the common areas, and the facilities were impeccably maintained. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The staff, as a whole, were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. Whether it was the front desk, the restaurant staff, or the housekeeping team, everyone was attentive and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I brought them to the attention of the manager, who listened attentively and assured me that my feedback would be passed on to the relevant teams. It was evident that they genuinely cared about continuously improving and providing the best experience for their guests.

Overall, my stay at the InterContinental Hotel Residences Abu Dhabi was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel residence is nothing but excellent.|From the moment of arrival we are greeted at the lobby and taken care of by the most wonderful reception staff who are so, so helpful.|Mica & Fay many thanks for assisting us with so many things . Your help and friendly manner is so much appreciated.|Housekeeping is also very good and attentive. Rooms are cleaned to an excellent standard and it’s one of the main reasons we returned here.|The apartment is a home from home & very relaxed.||The Jones Social is a great place to enjoy breakfast and gets a 10/10 for food, service & standards.|Also, an enjoyable venue for the evening to sit on the terrace.|Good cocktails 🍹 |Had no issues at all during my stay, other than the coffee machine which was rectified immediately by the housekeeper supervisor Prekantha.|Thank you I now have my coffee.|Big mention also to all the guys at front door arrival area. I took one bedroom, the room size is very big, the hotel is very new, with two toilets, the room is very clean and tidy, very luxurious place to stay in. There is no noise from all services or from nearer apartments because of the great insulation, and also number of apartments per level is very less, which really gives another level for privacy. High end built in kitchen appliances with electrical hot plate, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, expresso machine, washing/ drayer machine, and full set for dishes, forks, pots, mugs, spoons, letraly everything your family needs, and you can easily invite guests to the apartment with no need to bring any kitchen appliances along with you.

Two TVs provided in the room. The service is amazing, I would like to thank both Mica and Melanie for the great assistance, even they have arranged a cake for my wife birthday as a surprise which meant alot to her.
