Great shisha quality and very good prices BUT Menu is very limited Staff are lazy you have to repeat several times your request or wait 20 minutes to get your order… I noticed that they clean floors then go to kitchen to serve drinks without washing hands or wearing gloves.. They use very bad scent I don’t know why every now and then someone comes to spray on you or turn around you with this scent that makes you DIZZY… 😵‍💫🤢 There is this girl every time I request something she goes and never address me back sleeping or daydreaming I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ The ladies toilet needs a mirror and a hook on the door...

I was really let down by the cleanliness at the café; my bag still smells like cigarette smoke. Also, the women’s restroom had a loose faucet that came off when I turned it on, splashing water everywhere. Overall, the place just didn’t feel clean. The silver lining was the decently priced shisha they offered. But the poor ventilation was a big downside—it left me smelling so bad that I had to jump straight into the shower when I got home. It is absolutely an amazing place to chill for football lovers and feast eyes on English Premier League football on weekends. Dazzling bevy of waitress.The interesting part is the attitude of the entire staff, they've gotten excellent customer service that is on the top notch.Staffs are always on sight and ready to attend to any customer that requires their assistance.. especially from the staff name "Joy" and cashier/chef Ismail. Simply,the entire team is a great vibe around the smoking joint..
