Fili Cafe , Free drink Scam ! A ———————————— Disappointing Customer Service Experience!

This evening, I visited the fili cafe, airport road , Abu Dhabi noticing a recent fili cafe promotion on free drink offer in their app , to download the app and when you answer the question you get a free drink . Knowing this promotion I visited the Cafe on Sunday and so they informed us the promotion is only on weekeday .I did understood their terms and policy and later today evening I visited the cafe again and this time they just smiled and said their system is not working . Despite the app showing no indication of this issue, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The staff merely laughed and smiled, dismissing my concerns without offering any explanation or apology.

Being doubtful we called in the Dubai Fili Cafe, where they informed there is no such system issues and the service is still fine. We then asked the staffs for their managers number to contact and they informed their manager is on holiday and that they can’t provide the number. Seriously!!!!

Additionally, the lack of professionalism was evident, as one of their employees even gestured for us to leave, using language that was not suitable for interacting with customers. This encounter left me very disappointed and shocked with the quality of service provided.

As a customer I really felt this is a scam on common man for downloading their app and Turning customers to their cafe , where in we spend our time and energy trusting them and their promotion.

This happened not just with me with few of my friends too. If you can’t keep your promise then why do you publish promotions ???

Fili cafe so disappointed with your customer service and please train your staffs to be good with the customers.

Apart from the Zafran tea, to maintain good customer relations and suit their palates, Filli cafe serves the Herbal Tea and Specialty coffee too. Cold Beverages like flavored milk, milkshakes, lassi, iced Tea, and mocktails are artistically served...

The customer service is horrible. They added excessive amount of cheese on my egg kathi roll. Imagine opening up a paratha and seeing it submerged in a while layer of Kraft cheese. First of all, it is super unhealthy. The kathi roll itself is made of maida ( all purpose flour ) which is bad. Now that’s ok but Kraft cheese is highly processed cheese. If you add a copious amount of Kraft chase in disproportionate amounts , the end product is not palatable. Moreover , I asked for a flask of masala tea and they gave me regular tea. Upon raising the issue , they first argued that they had put the masala and after much reluctance, they later agreed to replace it. I did not want a replacement at that point of time as I was hungry and had to go to work. I have kept the tea unconsumed and will return it the evening. They need to seriously learn how to improve their customer service skills and accept their inconsistent quality standards and take remedial measures to fix it. No discerning customer will want a paratha laden and smothered in Kraft cheese. It is a hazard for health. On the previous day , I ordered exactly the same two items and it was perfect.
