Al Dimashqi Restaurant - مطعم الدمشقي — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

My review goes as quite a long story. I’ve been travelling a lot and I’ve been to Oman this month. There aren’t many tourists in Oman and that’s a rich country like the UAE is. Therefore Oman residents are quite picky. They never are in a hurry and they choose thoroughly the place the would eat. That is why all food in Oman is of very high quality and until today Oman was a country I had the most delicious meals in my life. Today Al Dimashqi changed the game. It was the best Kabab I ever had. Everything was perfect - the meat, the vegetables, the sauces, the snacks served as a side. We also had soups and two Manakeeshes - it was perfect too. As a sign of Arabic hospitality the staff brought us desserts. We haven’t had an opportunity to try them because I think I won’t be eating in the nearest 3 days - the meals were so good that I ate until I was unable to. My partner and I had the pleasure of dining at this delightful restaurant, and our experience was exceptional. We first visited for a late lunch, and despite arriving after their busy period, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy the meal.

Just had the most amazing Middle Eastern takeout! Got their manakish (these awesome flatbreads) - one with meat and cheese mixed together and another one meat only. Both were totally loaded with toppings and so good!

The broasted chicken was spot on, and the grape leaves were perfectly done. What really made my day was how they threw in a free lentil soup - such a nice touch! Plus, they didn't skimp on the side dishes at all.

Everything came packed really well - no mess, no fuss. The whole meal was super fresh and tasted homemade. These folks definitely know their stuff when it comes to Middle Eastern food.
