Very bad experience with staff and food and food was not fresh and also it was like something that cannot be described in the menu they describe a lot of things and when the food arrived it was very very cold and not ready to eat so we asked them to heat up and bring it back. Bring back Butt 10 more minutes to heat up and refresh the food but although it was not meeting a level that they are offering so price was OK so yeah I recommend those people who can just come here for atmosphere. Have some salad or everything but not Bh and Moon. Very disappointing service from Marhaba Mandi. We usually order madhbi, and every time they send only a tiny portion of tomato sauce — sometimes not even half a box for a dish meant for two people. Tomato sauce is the main part of madhbi, yet they never provide it properly.

When we call, their responses are rude and careless: “extra is chargeable” or “the delivery boy already left.” Recently they even said that if we order through careem, they won’t give extra sauce. If that’s the case, then why collaborate with third-party apps at all? Customers should not suffer because of poor arrangements.
