They have a selection of raw meat skewers where you can choose from the selection in front of you and it would be charcoal grilled, then served in a very traditional arabic way; with grilled onions and tomatoes, chopped parsley, hummus, moutabal, and garlic paste served with pickles and arabic pita bread. A very nice concept. The nice thing about this place is that it does not only serve charcoal grilled meat, but you can also order traditional lebanese pastries from the bakery section next door, making the selection very broad. I went tonight around 21:00. Everyone is extremely helpful and professional. A very nice Moroccan lady assisted me (sorry since I don't know her name) She was very patient and I told her I wanted marinated Lamb chops. Despite the fact they did not have it already marinated, they specially made it for me. As an hotelier, I have to highlight the great service offered. I check every little detail and interaction. I asked for a small bottle of water and it was offered to me while I was waiting for the lamb. Their hummus is the best I ever tried. I will definitely be back and I recommend it to everyone.
