Apparently, this is the worst experience I've had. The TH crew that's in charge of al fresco dining did his best to make us feel uncomfortable.
He rudely said to us that we were not allowed to move tables (just separated 1 table and moved in like 1 meter away) and we politely asked why - which he didn't answer and left.
Once we're settled, and our coffee is served, he said something to the server while pointing at us, which his colleague ignored.
He made sure that we saw and noticed that he purposely did not give us a lamp when it started to get dark. He kept walking past our table distributing the lamp to all tables - EXCEPT us. Not an issue, it was not that dark.
We did our best to ignore him and not let him ruin our night. But he keeps going back and forth at our table not sure what for. I even tried moving forward because he kept bumping my shoulder/back. Mind you, the place is spacious.
Overall, it was not a pleasant and welcoming experience. This is the first time I've experienced this kind of service. He is the only issue we've had. But the view, coffee, and spot was very good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I hope they re-train this guy to learn basic manners and customer service. We bought coffee, didn't block any walkway, didn't bother anyone. We're not sure what his problem was.

Cashiers will not take the effort to explain their menu, and they will add on your order things you did not order and then will tell you they cannot refund. Today I recieved the wrong order where I wanted to order 6 glazed timbits but got half dosen donuts. I told the cashier Kris about her mistake and I asked if I can replace the donuts with glazed timbits. She could have simply changed the order but instead she started to argue with an angry tone that I did the mistake. She took the box and threw it on the table. I repeated my order and again she misheard my order. But this time she raised her voice telling me that I should not be ordering donuts. When I raised my voice for her to be able to hear my order clearly, her colleague Sahana started to shout on me. Read moreStopped in today after my daily run. I am a diplomat and the service that i received was the worst. I stood in line for over 10 minutes without anyone asking for my order or even telling me to give them a minute to make the other orders. A guy entered after me and proceeded to get greeted and placed an order. I told the male at the register that I was here 1st, he looked at me and didn’t acknowledge what i said at all. I then said it again and he continued to ask the customer what he wanted. I walked out of the store, called and asked was a manager available and the same guy told me no the manager would not be there until 1:00 or 2:00. I then asked the guy what he name was and he asked why. I told him that i was the female who just left out due to his service and he proceeded to try to argue with me over the phone.
