Crispy chicken skin with a side of feathers
I was excited to try the crispy chicken skin appetizer, but I was disappointed to find feathers still attached to the skin. It's unclear whether the dish was meant to be served this way or if it was an oversight.

Fried potato wedges to die for
The fried potato wedges that accompanied the burger were the highlight of the meal, and they were the best I've ever had. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and the seasoning was spot on.

Read moreAfter our visit to the Louvre, I approached a manager for recommendations on a fine-dining restaurant. He provided a list of two options, one of which was a well-known French/Champs Elysées establishment. However, I decided to try the Nordic restaurant for a change.
The service at the restaurant was commendable. Our server, a friendly and cheerful young lady, made us feel welcome. Additionally, Oliver, a tall gentleman, took pride in their offerings, emphasizing that almost everything served, including the hot bread and ketchup, was homemade.
One of the standout dishes for me was the Salmon. The staff explained that it takes at least four days to prepare. They salt it on the first day, smoke it on the second day, and let it rest on the third day, finally serving it on the fourth day. The wait was worth it, as the flavors were exceptional.
We ordered a tender and fries with ketchup for the child, and his mother tried it and raved about how amazing it was. She even mentioned that she plans to order it herself on her next visit lol
Another highlight was the Angus Burger, which was a best-seller during the Expo. We decided to share one, and it did not disappoint. The burger was truly excellent. 🍔
The cocktails served at the restaurant were not only delicious but also beautifully presented, perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy photos. While I enjoyed my cocktail, I found it to be slightly sweeter than my preference. 🍹 🍸
What truly sets this restaurant apart is the overall discovery and experience it offers, located less than 10 minutes away from the Louvre Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend visiting this place to savor their delectable dishes and unique ambiance.
