I had a great time at Magic Planet in Dubai! It’s a fantastic entertainment center with a wide variety of games, from classic arcades to modern VR experiences. Perfect for kids, teens, and even adults looking for some fun.

The place is clean, well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed the bumper cars and the 4D ride — truly fun and immersive!

Some games can be a bit pricey, and it’s easy to spend more than you expect, but overall it’s worth it for the experience. A great spot to relax and have fun indoors, especially on hot days.

Mahmood is an extremely rude manager. My son won a soft toy prize on one of the machines on Dec 11th, 2017. However, due to the machine error, the toy was not dispensed properly. We were referred to their manager , Mahmood, who was extremely rude and provided no explaination / help. We don’t mind loosing the toy but disappointed with the manager’s behavior. He does not have the basic courtesy to talk to customers . He has a very bad attitude. He did not care to understand our problem and provided absolutely no explaination. The place should consider replacing him with someone who has the etiquette to talk to customers and can understand their problems. ...
