This was my second visit to the place, after 2 years, the food was so disappointing. There was a weird smell in the main courses and the bread maybe its the butter used was so bad. The taste was different and not good at all for the soup, salad had minimal dressing, the burger was so dry and bun was hard to crack not fresh. The taste of risotto was unpleasant, we couldn’t finish the plates so most of the food was wasted. We ordered 3 Ramadan sets, and we had to wait 30 minutes after Maghrib prayers to get serves with dates and water ???!!! Why? There was one single lady for serving outdoor and that too we could see her preparing some food inside. Same one serving person for the indoor, no enough serving staff no enough chefs to cook, we waited one hour to get our main course and after that the taste was unbearable. The serving staff was trying her best to allocate orders to the costumers but too many were there. Some customers went inside to the kitchen to ask for their meals!! To my point, the restaurant was not like this at all, I had a very exceptional nice experience two years back, but now no. I can’t even recommend the restaurant to any of my friends. It will be waste of money, time, and feeling sad for the overloaded staff. Unfortunately overall rate is 2/10 (2 is for the cute and patient serving lady only). Hopefully...

Read moreI visited the restaurant with my family, based on its good reputation, but unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. I ordered the Berries Smoothie with Booster upon the waiter’s recommendation, but when it arrived, the taste was sour and lumpy, more like regular yogurt than a smoothie. After returning it, I was surprised by the staff’s reaction — especially the floor supervisor, who spoke to my son in a tone that felt uncomfortable and not very professional because he didn’t like the drink!! Instead of offering an apology or trying to understand the feedback, the staff seemed more focused on defending the product rather than listening to the customer’s experience. To my surprise, the “smoothie” appeared to be made using regular plain sour yogurt instead of Greek yogurt, which completely changed the flavor and texture — it didn’t feel like a real smoothie at all! Overall, the experience was quite disappointing, both in terms of quality and customer service. I truly hope the management provides proper staff training on professional communication and reviews the ingredients used, to maintain the level of quality that “Jones the Grocer”...
