Baskin Robin's — Restaurant in Al Majaz

Back in 1945, Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins had a pretty great idea. See, they were big ice cream people. So while every other ice cream shop stuck with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry, they decided to go big. Like, “let’s offer 31 flavors instead” big. Because ice cream should be an every day treat. And the people? Yeah, they loved that.

It's safe to say Burt and Irv’s passion made an impact. Fast forward about 75 years, and we’re over 1400 flavors strong. Which is… kinda crazy when you think about it. But the best part is, we’ve got flavors for everyone, for every day, and for every occasion. So, whether your kid’s team finally won a game, you found your left shoe, or you just got out of bed this morning, there's always a yay-worthy scoop ready for you. And we think that's pretty cool.

The worst management throughout my life long experience with baskin robbins. It felt like they had preference of which customers to serve first, and I felt somewhat discriminated because I was in my traditional dress and other customers that had come after me were being served before me even after I called the manager whose name was Pradeep. I was made to wait for more than 20 minutes and would have been made to wait for longer than that had I not left the shop without buying, due to which one employee maybe out of sudden realization that I was a customer they were losing came running and apologizing. I didn't bother after that and simply left. Overall, the worst staff baskin robbins...

Good ice-cream but very very poor service at this outlet. Suggestion: there should be a queue for giving orders. Every customer is important and should be attended to. The management should watch the video caught on the camera last night around 11.30 - 11.50 pm and see how a customer's order was being refused to be taken for a very long time! At last the customer was fed up trying to place the order (there were 4 boys to take order, but none took this customer's order). The customer left withput placing the order n was...
