We had the absolute pleasure of celebrating my wife's birthday at TGI Friday's Sharjah Waterfront, and let me tell you — it was an unforgettable experience! From the very first moment we stepped in, we were greeted with genuine warmth and incredible hospitality, especially considering it was quite late (around 11pm).

The team, Kinne, Sam, Mark, and Anika, truly made this celebration one for the books. They went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a night to remember. It wasn’t just about the food — it was the personal touch, the smiles, and their thoughtful care that turned an ordinary evening into something extraordinary.

They helped me organize the surprise and made sure every detail was perfect. When the birthday dessert arrived, a Molten Chocolate Cake that was as beautiful as it was delicious, it truly felt like the cherry on top of an already wonderful night. Every bite was indulgence on another level. 🍫🍰

What truly stood out was the way the staff worked together, effortlessly creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that made us feel like family. Despite the late hour, they were attentive, friendly, and so professional — it was clear they all genuinely cared about making our night special.

From the moment we stepped into TGI Fridays, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that instantly set the tone for a wonderful evening. The ambiance was lively and inviting, making it the perfect place to celebrate a special Valentine’s date with my mom.

A huge thank you to Ms. Heart, who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our meal. Her thoughtful suggestions truly enhanced our experience, and her genuine kindness made us feel so welcomed. It’s rare to find such attentive and passionate staff who take the time to ensure every guest has an unforgettable time.

I also want to extend my appreciation to the amazing team—Lilian, Fathy, Maged, Calvin, kenei and Anika. Their energy, friendliness, and seamless service created a fantastic dining experience. It really felt like they were happy to have us there, and that positive energy made all the difference.

Of course, a special thank you to the chef, who did an incredible job maintaining the high quality of the food. Every dish was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and served with care.

Great place with a nice view. The atmosphere inside is incredible. This place is spacious and relaxing. Interior is very “American” and I love it!

About staff - they are all amazing! Thank you for your nice attitude - you deserve to be recognized for that 😊

About food - so, here, I have some doubts. I ordered: “Strawberry passion tea” - the cocktail was delicious, I do recommend you to try. “Steak and Twisters” - first of all, the portion is huge! I was not able to finish it. This dish includes sliced steak, mushroom sauce, potatoes twisters, and a side dish (in my case mashed potatoes). I want to tell about steak - unfortunately, steak was not ideal, was difficult to chew even if I ordered “Medium” doneness. However, mushroom sauce was perfect and potato twisters were tasty. Mashed potatoes were tasty as well (you can choose the side dish - there are a few options - French fries/rice/mashed potatoes etc.).

About prices - a bit high for this cuisine in Sharjah, but they have nice promotions during the week-days and their portions are huge. Likewise, they have a lot of sales for kids. I spent for 1 person 160 AED. Although, given the fact that the portions are big enough - you can spend less if you take someone with you.
