Absolutely Horrible Experience Avoid at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Went here for lunch and the place was completely empty, that should have been my first red flag. This is supposed to be a Persian restaurant, yet the staff didn’t even know the most basic dishes like beef koobideh. We mentioned beef koobideh dish several times, even showed them a picture, and still, they brought us nearly raw lamb skewers instead. Total disaster, took one bite and it tasted gross. It took forever just to get our drinks, and when the food finally arrived, the presentation was terrible. One bite and it was clear the food was disgusting and undercooked, basically raw ground lamb. Completely inedible. We tried explaining the issue, but neither the waiter nor the waitress understood what we were saying. The waiter kept looking confused, and when we tried telling the waitress, she just shrugged and said, “He doesn’t understand you, he doesn’t speak English.” I’m sorry, but why is someone who can’t communicate with customers working as a waiter in the first place? Out of sheer disappointment, we paid for our Pepsi’s and walked out. This experience was completely unacceptable. Again, I don’t blame the staff they seem like they are just trying to work and support their families but the management/owner should be ashamed. They have no clue how to properly train their employees or run a restaurant. This place was a complete embarrassment. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are plenty of better Persian restaurants out there that actually know what they’re doing. Never coming back and wouldn’t even walk past this...
