WORST MEAT and Very very poor customer service!!! We were excited to come and have our iftar but our excitement had turned to disappointment. The lamb meat they've served were the WORST meat i ever eaten in my 6 years of staying in UAE. It was like eating a rubber. They didnt cook well; it looks it was grilled well but when we bited it i cant described the hardness of it. It was like eating a Tire. We set aside all the meat and told them to atleast recook it and make it tender however they just replaced that with fresh mutton, well-cooked but 5-6pcs. Would you imagine??? We gave back almost 3-4kg of meat and they replace that with 5-6 pcs??? Is that even fair??? And aside from that when we were about to pay the bill we are expecting that "maybe they will give us atleast a diacount for what service we got". Shocks! The total bill was 360.00 and they told us that we have to pay 346.00 aed. 14 aed discount for all the rubber meat we returned?? Come on. Where is fairness?? I will never never come back again on this retaurant. I will advice my friends and colleagues also to spread the news about this restaurant. 7 months ago I wrote nice review about this restaurant but something has changed to negative side in their restaurant, especially the admin who receives the order, he is totally difficult to speak and explain what I want for last 3 times am not getting sada rice with my meal and yesterday he send me extra food for 135 aed which I didn't ordered and was forcing me to pay for that.
