Al Safa Tower — Local services in Sharjah

A better place to live with family, the community is good, you can find a lot of grocery stores near by mostly walkable distance and a lot of restaurants for all food hungry people out there and the fun part of restaurants are most of them are open for 24 hours. So, eat food and enjoy living at this place.

Safa building management should look after few things constantly 1) lifts - good that the building has 4 lifts and 1 service lift but out of those 4 lift 2 of them are damaged in the part of weights. For suppose when they are 4 people in the lift and another person enters its stop it self and the over weight alarms goes on, I mean just total of 5 people in that lift I guess that should not be a problem although the other 2 lifts can carry upto 7 sometimes even 8 people at once.

There were times when 1 lift stopped working it was a huge disaster and some days later 2 lifts stopped working that time the complete situation was chaotic. The management should also see part of cleaning on daily basis of the swimming pool and area of swimming pool plus they should also see what is the condition of GYM in the building.

Overall I would rate the building at 3 starts and it's just losing 2 star coz of the mentioned things above. Else it will be a 5 star...

Lift is the worst in this building. No proper maintence. People are using the lift on the mercy of God. During morning hours using the lift is the scariest. School going kids and office going people are facing tough time. Many kids miss their bus in the morning. 4 lifts are there and mostly 1 or 2 is out of service all the time. For months they don't fix it and once fixed it runs only for few days properly and again the same story. If they cannot fix the lift service then why do they rent out this property and make People suffer like this. And municipality doesn't seems to care about it, until Some thing major happens and it comes in news. Better family people should avoid...

It’s the worst place to live, not recommend for families at all. Poor maintenance, too dirty, fake security, there is no safety….I suggest strongly to avoid totally any building owned by the real state call “MHBH Hassani “. their agent are rude arrogant they don’t even know how to communicate with women, abusing their power whenever they got chance. Al Safa tower agent name Mohammed Raza is one of them. They are a cheater, don’t trust them whatever they promised and forget about your deposit when you leave the building by any chance they will try to not give full amount weather there is damaged stuff or not they will creat false narrative to deduct...
