We went twice to this restaurants over 3-4 months. Both the times the experience was the same. The restaurant is mainly to service Malayali speaking customers. The staff doesnt really understand English or Hindi. The menu has food items with dish names in Malayalam with no description or picture. So ordering food if you are a non malayali is very difficult. You have to keep asking the waiter 'do you have this, do you have that' etc. And it doesnt feel like they understand you because they say yes yes to everything. And a lot of the time the food is over way early in the day. Eg. on both occasions we wanted to eat fish curry meals and both the time we were at the restaurant at 2pm noon and they said fish curry meals is over. How can it be so at 2pm? Another family came in and left because of the same reason. We decided to order something else and it was not easy. Only 2 types of chicken biryanis were there and the waiter couldnt explain what is the difference as he doesnt know English or Hindi. They have a beverage section where they make juices but there is no juice menu served and good luck asking the waiter for the juice you want if you are non malayali. We asked for extra papad as the kids wanted and the waiters just kept saying yes getting getting and then wouldnt come. This is after we ordered about 5 different dishes. The food taste was OK, a bit too spicy vs. Salkara or other Paragon restaurants. I wouldnt call the food bad but the experience and service is not upto the mark. This restaurant was honestly a big disappointment. I guess their main customer base is Malayali so the restaurant is probably doing well. But there is potential for the restaurant to improve its service so non Malayali customers dont feel unwanted. And they definitely need to improve their menu by adding description or photos and also have English or Hindi...

Read moreWaste food I had in my entire life, we ordered Chicken-65 & Kambam Kuthu with poratta. Kambam Kuthu was just hot water and boiled beef, Chicken-65 came with bone and not cooked chicken dipped in just flour & clour, even I informed it's for my 3 years child. I don't know why they use the tagline "We are fresher but we serve taster.
My humble request to everyone, please don't waste your money and time and have tasteless food. And even they are not closing kitchen door, too much masala sorting smell was coming and my child was coughing too much due to that smell in dinning area. My question is; if you are trying to teach or menu training, do it somewhere else, restaurant is not a right place to do it, if an customer...
