Starbucks — Restaurant in Dubai

Very dirty toilet, we come here everyday seems they have cleaning issues. Dirty and bad smell. UPD: after 10 min one of the staff came “cleaned” it, still dirty, these are the photos after his cleaning.

Other issue happened today

Visited Starbucks during the day, but lights were unnecessary on, disrupting the work atmosphere. Tried turning them off for better environment, but manager insisted on keeping them on due to policy. I was at this Starbucks earlier today and I have to say the staff were extremely disrespectful. Not to me- I was fine. But to the two ladies who were ahead of me in line ordering. The ladies were speaking in broken english and the level of annoyance on the cashiers face was way too much to give a paying customer no matter what. He was practically yelling at them to get their orders like how you would yell at kids who made a mistake. Makes me wonder what kind of training they get. They were Arab speakers in an Arabic country and were treated extremely disrespectfully for it. Wont be back...

I had the best time at this branch in Jumeirah, located in a charming villa that adds to its cozy and relaxing vibe.
