Feels Kite Beach — Restaurant in Dubai

Fresh food, and super healthy options! great seat by the beach. lots of parking space available, so you do not have to worry when searching for a stop. Tends to get SUPER busy by sunset - to night; especially on winter days. 'Feels' is a great experience to work by the beach and catch up with friends, but really gets filled up by men easily making it harder for us 'girls' to spend our time there. I would recommend for the staff to get extra training because they sometimes have an attitude and can take up to 35mins to get the receipt for you to pay. Waiting for a seat or your order might take between 30-80mins depending on how busy it gets and what you order (sometimes).

I ordered the following... PBJ on toast: 4/5 Blue sky smoothie: 5/5 Berry smoothie: 5/5 Customized bowls: 3.5/5 (needs to add herbs/ spices/ flavours) Grilled chicken pesto & cheese sandwich: 2/5 Hot chocolate: 4/5 (IF ITS HOT!)

One of my past bad experiences at Feels was ordering their Hot Cocoa drink, and having to wait for 63mins in the car. Staff understood that I have waited for so long, and it was quite busy.. But I just did not understand why I would wait for 63mins to just get my hot cocoa which was not even hot.

Just avoid the crowd and huge men group if you want to enjoy FEELS. Because It is a really beautiful hidden...

We just wanted to shear how much we love your cafe ❤️ feels kite beach this my second visit in your cafe I am coming with my friend he is first time in come dubai. I suggested to him go with me feels kite beach .he is like the kite beach view , cleaning and food . This my second visit in feels I face the same leady on entrance she is welcome to the customers with smiley 😊 face . Then she ask me u want to table for to parsons I said yes she give me two table which one u like . She provide the menu then ask the water I said I want two water . She bring the water that's the time thanks so much dear . After 5 mint I call her by name Mahi she is very active and friendly .she come on my table take the Order. She suggested me the best seller protein shake and coffee . I buy one nutty protein, V60 with peanut butter dark chocolate one sandwich chicken chesse . Your all food is so amazing and good quality I never try to anywhere thanks guys u give the good health to everyone. Thanks Mahi your so sweet and God bless you .I am spend 3 hours in feels guys your all time is so amazing very hardworking. Worst service I have ever experienced.

We had a very simple order, a salad, sandwich and a few drinks. Took already more than half an hour for half of drinks to arrive, my simple bottle of water took 60min+. Had to ask 3 times if they could check for the water before it arrived.

I waited 2.5hours for my simple sandwich to arrive, which it never did. I asked 7 times if they could check, and every single request was treated very unprofessionally. First time I asked, I got a “yes yes” and the guy immediately walked away and started cleaning tables, not acting on it at all. It was like this every single time. In fact, there was 0 communication on my food - in a decent establishment you expect a minimum feedback loop when food is delayed (e.g., I talked to the kitchen, we are delayed by x min, etc). It’s like the staff didn’t get even the most basic hospitality training.

Similar story for the tables around me, maybe half of the tables also weren’t able to have food. We ended up leaving without eating, paid full price and to top it off, not a single apology was made.

At least comp people a water and apologise when things go...
