Iāve been a regular customer since February 2021. At the beginning the service was impeccable, tea was yummy and addictive. However lately I was sad to find out that the service standards have gone down dramatically. I came yesterday craving for their yummy classic black tea and staff is disinterested, takes their sweet time to finish whatever they are doing and then acknowledges you once they are done to greet you. Even at a time where I was the only customer there. The tea served was not chilled, not mixed properly I believe as I sipped in half way to the tea was room temperature. Basically ice and water with no flavor. Came back today in the hope to get a better serving as I was craving for the boba tea I have experienced months ago. Stood their for good 5 minutes. 4-5 employees available but no one cared to assist me to order. After I waited patiently one lady came and disinterestedly asked for my order. I just lost interest and walked away. Maybe staff should be trained in customer service and protect the name of the place. Itās not the only boba tea place available and maybe itās time to start valuing the customers who come to you. Itās not a favor staff is doing to customers by serving us. Itās a paid service. Either give training or maybe staff more to meet the busy schedules. Hope things will improve. But not coming back again. However, hearing many complaints from mulitple customers including myself, I am highly disappointed in the quality of the service at this branch. One woman in particular does not seem to want to be there as well as being unable to communicate efficiently, resulting in incorrect orders and an unfriendly environment.
For example, the same employee stood there for an inappropriate amount of time disregarding my presence completely, while being on her phone. She then proceeds to tell me that the boba will not be ready for another two hours, meaning she could've alerted me and other customers much earlier. This is only one example of my multiple uncooperative encounters with the same employee. Safe to say I don't recommend visiting...

Saw the buy one get one offer and asked to get a San San and a different drink for buy one get one, when the cashier informed it is only valid on drinks of the same type. I was like oh, okay then settled on a San San only.
When I collected my boba there was only one. I asked why? She said it's only valid for the basic latea boba milk tea.
Not only does the poster show explicitly the San San drink that I ordered as buy one get one (but it's not) despite me clearly saying I wanted a buy one get one, she failed to inform me that the drink I got isn't valid for the offer.
