As usually I'm not writing bad feedback, even if I experienced it in some places. I was worked 13 years in F&B(waiter, bartender, supervisor),I know everything from inside. First of all the Turkish cuisine is delicious, and the favourite part for me it's a breakfast. So, I invited my friend to taste it( I was worked in Turkish restaurant in Dubai too). By the way, she is also not first day in restaurant business. We mentioned that we would like to have breakfast for 49 aed(which is for one person, as I was not hungry), and we showed the picture what under this position in the menu. I asked if this breakfast will be enough for 2 (because I remember we ordered last time same breakfast, maybe 2 month before(49 ead and ....),but bill came much more, we was so busy in the conversation that we didn't want to find out why the total amount is different from expected, but mood was spoiled after delicious food). So, the waiter answered positive(enough for two in case if for my friend will be to much) and he didn't make himself tired to correct my order with explanation that this breakfast for 49 aed and breakfast on the picture it's totally different đ¤Śââď¸ items. Sure he needs sales. And 2 stupid women don't know English and didn't read menu, and probably tourists and will never come back... it's sad. I feel really shame next to my friend when we received the bill. Only in the end he explained why it's happened to me, because it's "village breakfast for 121 aed" you showed on the picture.... I'm not angry, sometimes there is place for misunderstanding, and for me this situation finally opened my eyes to be more involved in the process of ordering in this restaurant especially. But,please, care little bit more about you customers, maybe I could come back to your restaurant, because I'm living in Dubai, and going to battuta mall 2-3 time per week, but now...
Read moreWe went to the restaurant and order meal for two beef with Turkish waiter.on the same time my sister change her mind and told other arabic waiter Ali to cancel 1 beef meal and instead to give manakech.
Later Turkish waiter came and said it's not possible to cancel the order with very rude way even I change the order within a minute after place my intial order and he left with verry angry face as he want to slap us.
Right after Arabic waiter came back and told that everything is fine and he has cancelled 1 beef and 1 manakech order has been placed.
After few minutes they serve manakech and then after 1 hour waiting we called the waiter and we ask for the second order which was beef.
Supervisor told us there is no other order he have cancelled all order except manakech and 2 Juice and when I ask he dont have answer, then i called the Arabic guy Ali and ask him front of his supervisor why the order was cancelled then he said he cancelled only 1 beef but Turkish guy he purposely cancelled all orders and he place only 1 manakech and 2 juice order.
When I ask the supervisor for manager he said there is no manager available in restaurant and he is only available and if we dont want to talk to him we can leave place.
We told him if you asking us to leave just like that we won't make payment and he ask us to leave instead of sorting the issue or apologising for the inconvenience.
When we told supervisor we wont return he said it's up to us and he has his own customer.
Verry bad customer service I ever experienced, staff need serious training and supervisor cant handle the complaints, and most of the staff has bad attitude. No smile ,no welcome ,no apology .....verry nice restaurant great, food but worst...

From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The staff at The Qasaab exude a genuine friendliness that sets the stage for a memorable meal. They treated us like honored guests, and it was evident that they are passionate about sharing their Turkish culinary treasures with their patrons.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show â the food. Each dish that graced our table was a masterpiece in its own right. From the fragrant kebabs to the silky hummus and crispy falafel, every bite was a revelation of authentic Turkish flavors. The presentation was exquisite, and the attention to detail in every dish was simply commendable. It was evident that the chefs at The Qasaab take great pride in their craft.
What truly set this place apart, though, was the unexpected and delightful appearance of none other than Charlie Chaplin! A lovely surprise that left us with smiles as wide as Chaplin's own.
The Qasaab, Turkish Cuisine Restaurant at Ibn Battuta is a hidden gem that deserves to be discovered and celebrated. If you're a fan of Turkish cuisine, you'll find this place to be a true treasure trove of flavors. Combine that with the warm hospitality and the unexpected delight of Charlie Chaplin, and you have a dining experience that's worth every moment. Highly recommended, this place easily earns a perfect 5/5 rating. Kudos to The Qasaab for making our afternoon...
