Jollibee Ibn Battuta Mall — Restaurant in Dubai

In continuation of my previous review, I'd like to share a positive follow-up experience with Jollibee at IBN Battuta Mall. After my initial review, Manager Joy from Jollibee reached out to me with a sincere apology for the issues I had faced. She took the time to extend a personal invitation to the store, and a week later, I had the opportunity to meet her in person after work. Joy expressed her regret and offered compensation for the inconvenience I had encountered. Although I initially declined, explaining that my intention wasn't to receive free food, she emphasized the significance of addressing such concerns. Recognizing that there's always room for improvement, I accepted her gesture.

Curious to witness any changes before I visit the store again, I decided to order from Jollibee for my lunch on the same day. I'm delighted to share that my order was indeed satisfying and met my expectations. Joy's efforts seemed to have borne fruit, and I was left content with my meal. What truly amazed me was the extent of their generosity. In addition to compensating me, Joy also considered my family, providing something for the two family members I share a home with.

I want to express my gratitude to Jollibee, and especially to Manager Joy, for their swift and gracious response to my concerns. Their willingness to address the issue and go beyond my expectations wasn't something I had anticipated.

As someone who finds comfort and solace in Jollibee's offerings during moments of stress or homesickness, I'm pleased to say once again, "Sa Jollibee, bida ang saya!" I am now certain that I'll continue to be a loyal customer, returning without any hesitation. Kudos to Jollibee and its team for making this turnaround possible.

My recent dine-in experience at Jollibee Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai, was far from satisfying. Opting for the Chicken Joy, a dish that usually brings comfort and nostalgia, turned out to be a letdown. The chicken pieces were unusually small, almost like they were from a baby chicken, and the dryness was quite disappointing. It's disheartening to see a brand known for its quality miss the mark; while replicating the exact taste from the Philippines might be a challenge, maintaining a decent portion size and quality shouldn't be. I’m a sorta Jollibee fan , but what i had today was the worst and will be the last time . specially Ibn Battuta branch ,, i had 2 worst experiences from them , 1) i had their delivery 1hr and 10 mins from the moment i ordered, not even close to the maximum 45 mins expecting delivery time (talabat) 2) the 2 spaghetti and steak sauce is messed up to the whole plastic bag seems like i’m eating leftovers(definitely not okay), 3) (for me , this the most important part of a meal ) RICE !!! i ordered 2 extra , but when i started to eat it i spit it on the bin , it’s so terrible, overcooked , very soft , paste like and it’s really gross , so i threw it after I tried a bit (i usually don’t throw any food because it’s bad) but i did it , because of this, lastly 4) i understand that your price is a bit cheaper than others but the buns on the burger yum i had ,, it’s really bad ,, it’s like a week-age on their shelf , And I just wasted 80dhs to a nonsense meal ,, definitely my last , i wrote this for them to feel that they really have to value and be passionate on their job , not to have a refund or a complementary. I ordered before lunch, in the app it shows 16mins. Came on time but 1 order is missing. I called jollibee staff, first call, seems like the operator from ibn batuta branch is not even sorry for the missing order, she told me that she will send it within 20 mins, I said please make it 10 mins, the location is just 5mins away from ibn batuta jollibee branch and im not willing to wait for another 20mins because it wasn't my fault at all. Agreed that they will deliver as soon as possible, After 15mins, i called again for follow up , operator said, delivery is on the way, will arrive in 5mins. I have waited again for another 15mins and then called again for the 3rd time just to find out that they have written a wrong number which i repeated for 3x for i called 3x also and each operator is asking for my mobile number.
