I had the worst experience with one of their staff members (who goes by the name Karim).
I enquired initially about two scoops of ice cream and then asked to have the scoops in separate cups instead. He misunderstood and took a larger cup and started putting the scoop. I told him nicely that I had requested for two small cups with single scoop. All of a sudden his mood shifted and he started showing extreme aggression. He started by questioning me why was I not clear and that why am I requesting separate cups. I asked him to calm down and told him nicely again that I had made myself clear and that there was some sort of communication gap. I also told him not to be so hyper on just a cup. But then he became even more aggressive and started smashing things. I didnât alleviate the situation further and remained calm since that is the whole purpose of fasting, to have patience and perseverance. In the month of Ramadan management should instruct the staff to be even more gentle and kind in their behavior towards customers.
This is totally unacceptable. I am really surprised on how a company like Baskin Robbins are spoiling there name by hiring such unprofessional ill mannered people. I would request the management to please take action on this.
Now whenever I will think about Baskin Robbins I will remember this incident....

But then I went yesterday with some friends and ordered 3 kids scoop after confirming the price which was shown as AED 10. He gave us the icecreams, we started eating it and when we were paying, he said it is AED 13 and that the menu board was outdated. As a grown up person, I was able to pay and go but what if I was a kid who is coming in with the last of his pocket money dreaming of a caramel cookies and cream, tried some flavors and in the end went back to his go to flavor of parline cream only to know that he couldnât afford it. The staff, especially one woman in particular, was incredibly rude and dismissive. I felt rushed and unwelcome the entire time, like my presence was an inconvenience rather than a customer coming in to enjoy a treat. No greeting, no patience when I was looking at flavors, and barely a word spoken during checkout.
Itâs really disappointing when a brand you enjoy is let down by the way youâre treated. I wonât be returning to this location unless the staff...
