Baskin Robbins — Restaurant in Dubai

A very well known brand in Ice Creams and Smoothies and Ice Cream Cakes. Conveniently located near public parking on a busy neighborhood close to Karama Center on a street corner. There is big public parking very close by.

Staff are extremely patient, polite and always smiling while serving their customers. The greatest thing about Baskin Robbins is that you can taste as many ice creams as you like before you actually choose what you want to eat. Flavors are wonderful and tasty. A variety of toppings for your ice creams and shakes.

There are a couple of tables for customers to sit and enjoy their ice cream or a Shake. The place is extremely clean and during the pandemic all government protocols are being followed.

Unfortunately the shop is one step above the pavement level and is not a wheelchair friendly. And there is no washroom facility in this shop. The nearest washroom facility is at the Karama Center across the street.

There are a number of Ice Cream cakes on display and the staff can quickly write a small message for your occasion on the spot. Their packaging is fantastic and secure. Their Ice Cream cakes are a great delight and very tasty. One can order cakes from their available menu in advance and in combinations and sizes and shapes.

Overall a great cool perfect spot for a well deserved sweet...

I always visit BR long time in every branch full staff is really cooperating and giving their max to help me whnever I go back but this Branch the staff there are really not cooperating first tasting is allowed then no its not allowed then She forced us to take two scoops of 25 AED while we could have taken any of the Burj Al emlaq or velvet sundae of better option with two scoops but she didnt offer it saying no we dont have so why baskin robbins ur keeping Adds on these Al emlaaq or velvet Sundae if you dont keep staff for doing it or if u dont have this options ?? Disappointed on my Visit sorry to...

Came to this branch for a milk shake, I bought a large thick shake, the stewardess seemed very off and unpleasant from the time we entered, the shop wasn’t crowded. Usually whipped cream is included in the price of AED 30, this person told me that it’s additional cost, I called the customer service immediately, even after they said that it’s free she made a face and added very little whipped cream.

Really unhappy with the service. The drink didn’t not look good to even upload...
