Formal Complaint – Physical Assault Incident at Ramee Royal Hotel, Dubai
Dear Manager,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a serious incident that occurred at your property, Ramee Royal Hotel in Dubai, on April 23, 2025, at approximately 4:00 AM.
While I was taking the elevator to go to the Thai pub inside the hotel, I was unexpectedly confronted by a man who I later understood to be the boyfriend of one of the pub’s staff members. Without any prior interaction, conversation, or provocation from my side—either with the man or the female staff member—he aggressively confronted me and physically assaulted me inside the hotel elevator.
This unprovoked and violent behavior not only caused me physical harm but also left me feeling extremely unsafe and disturbed. I believe such an incident reflects a serious lapse in the hotel’s security and guest protection standards.
I kindly request that your management team investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to ensure accountability for those involved. I would also appreciate it if you could inform me of the steps taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

Read moreWe have made reservation for three of our clients through Goibio for stay 27-31 Jan. One of the client is Mr. Udayakumar. They choose your property being the convenient location that provide easy access to Metro to travel Trade centre. where there was medical trade exhibition. Reservation was made on 15 Oct 2019.
Upon arrival, they were shocked. Lady at the front desk told them the hotel is having a renovation and can't accommodate. Offered Ramee Rose, which is in Internet city and quite far. Even for the metro, they had to travel more distances. Lady had promised would provide transport to go to the exhibition centre and more over drop to airport to catch return flight. Nothing was offered. When they inquired, replied that can't offer such promises. Lady totally misguided my clients and very upset. They went to the coffee shop to have breakfast, but nothing attracted for the price you charge. Had a fruitful meal from outside for quarter of your charge.
We need explanation from the management how this has happened and moreover seek compensation.

Read more“WORST HOTEL STAY EXPERIENCE” My family booked 2 rooms from this hotel to atleast get a rest since we came from long travel, but that's impossible to get from this hotel. The ambiance was awful, the smell is unbearable from the lobby to the room and even in the parking area. The whole area and the room is so dark. Cleanliness was also an issue, the pillow smells like an underarm body odor.🤮 The shower head is not working properly. Breakfast was also dissapointing. You can see flies around the food and it's not covered properly. And then came the worst part—the noise. A bar on the ground floor blasted music until 4 AM. We booked this hotel to get some rest, but we got none. Between the disgusting smell, the filthy room, and the unbearable noise, sleeping was impossible.
