Room was noisy due to party club but after my complain it was immediately changed.

Breakfast was good mr.dhiren took special efforts to arrange jain veg breakfast for me.

But mr.qasar on the other hand disappointed me very much by first troubling me for payment during breakfast so I went in the room to get my credit card when I came back I asked for coffee to which he refused and informed me you cannot get coffee since u already left then I just asked his name shockingly he refused to give his name so I had to contact the manager for the same but he was also very much hesitant to give his name, but finally he agreed and give his name as qasar. What's going on the hotel employees must wear name badges , why they are afraid to give names when they do wrong things.

I was not angry at all i hv informed them to keep bill ready i will get the payment.

i am disappointed with reply i have not returned after 2 hrs, for payment, i came back in 15min pls chk camera for the same, i am very much disappointed how an honest feedback is twisted and really shocked that customer feedback is labelled as baseless.

twisting the honest feedback wont help at all, i hv reduced the rating due to terrible version and twisting of facts.

Edit 12/02 after hotel management replies And continues to mention that breakfast was over and a la carte was the coffee order, pls note breakfast was not over when I came back, the whole ready made coffee jar was filled with coffee only mr.qasar denied it to me and asking for money, if the breakfast was over no would HV ever asked for coffee this is basic common sense, I am really surprised for foolishness of one employee the whole management is backing it, also why did mr qasar refuse to gv his name to me when he not at fault, I HV my check out time and also the time when I used my card to pay the bill for breakfast which will also prove my points, which I will...
