A very traumatic shopping experience just an hour ago and to my surprise we are not the only one who experienced this based on the below review! What kind of owner and staff you are guys, first time in my life that we have been shouted and threatened by staff! You are cleaning a portion of ur store but you dont have proper signage like floor is wet in the area, its already too late when someone step in it and you guys will suddenly burst out and shout to the customer and when you doesnt like the answer, you will asked the customer to come inside and fight! You guys the the most rude staff i ever!!! Hope that the authority will see this reviews as this has neen consistently happening in your premise. Shoppers dont deserve such service! To the one who introduced himself as the owner you ate rude as your staff instead of bridging the gap you gassed up the fire even more! The cashier was fine with it, but the supervisor named Sulliman was EXTREMELY UNHELPFUL!! Instead of resolving it, he insisted I wait another hour for his staff to arrive and decide. He kept saying āNOā even though it was just an exchange, and his attitude was ARROGANT and RUDE!! When I asked for a manager, he told me he is the manager and the only person in charge, which was very surprising given the way he handled the situation.
