So I went yesterday for having a good meal with my family being the regular customer their. We finished food which was great in taste as usual, thanks to the kitchen team,so I realized from my sitting location that they have another display menu from which we can order kathi rolls . Without wasting a second I ordered double egg mutton kathi roll for a takeaway order, which is apparently of aed 18. I got the parcel,we finished the food and the bill comes. I paid without checking the pricing, however aed 25 caught my attention as we ordered everything above a certain amount. Upon realizing I noticed that I was charged aed 25 for a double egg mutton kathi roll. I cross check the doubt with the waiter, and he says because you are sitting in restaurant that's y manager charged 25 instead of 18,very illogical reason. So I asked him can you call the restaurant manager as I want to understand the reason for being over charged. Then the catch is the brown coat wearing arrogant man comes to the table and tries to explain that cafe amount is different and Pos( point of sale ) is different. So I asked him if pos is different then y you charging from restaurant bill instead of cafe Pos. So he got trapped in his own nuisance reasoning and started shouting at the waiter that don't you have brain to take the right order . All this shouting and humiliation of staff is happening in front of customers without apologizing for a mistake and showing empathetic behavior. So yes in case you want to spoil your experience then please feel free to visit the restaurant only for the food. As far as atmosphere is concern the restaurant manager will make sure to ruined it for you as he is highly unskilled and under trained. After all this drama after reaching home even the takeaway order was not right. The double egg for which I paid was missing. Sadly the whole family experience...

Read moreI would like to bring to your attention a concern that I believe requires immediate consideration. My name is Abhishek, and I recently placed an order through Noon that included Chicken Biryani, Chicken Handi, and Extra Potato—totaling AED 70. While I understand quality comes at a price, I expected a level of service that matched the cost.
Unfortunately, my instructions to include onions+pickles(which is complementary across all of the restaurans), and to ensure proper packaging were overlooked. This isn’t the first time I’ve had such an experience when ordering through third-party platforms or via the direct line, and it’s becoming increasingly disappointing.
As someone originally from Siliguri, I’ve always held Aminia in high regard and was also a frequent customer at Arsalan. Sadly, my recent experiences here haven’t lived up to that legacy. When attention to detail is missing and customers feel unheard, it's only natural to consider other options. If this trend continues, I may have to shift my preference to other restaurants like City of Joy or Arsalan, and I wouldn’t hesitate to suggest the same to others in my circle.
This message is intended as constructive feedback for you and your team to help ensure future customers don’t face similar issues. I hope it will be taken in the spirit intended.
