Beirut Restaurant & Grills — Restaurant in Dubai

I have been working in the mall for over 8 years now, it is needless to say how aware I am with the restaurant that serve good food. My latest encounter was Beirut restaurant and grill where I had a meal with my colleague who suggest few shawarma options considering they are known for the same. I did buy on few occasions. Today is when I lost the confidence in this place due to an arrogant staff who only wanted to sell me meals which were more in quantity and expensive as the resturant needs to service the pandemic. I asked him to serve me a small size shawarma on which he replied they have ran out of bread !!! A place which is known for shawarma runs out of bread and the staff wishes to sell a large size shawarma with more the money. Not sure what the staff was intending to do... however if this is how the resturant plans to run during pandemic very soon they will run out of chicken and other ingredients too. Which is due to clients not visiting them to buy the food they make. I would never recommend this place to any one as they seem to be in a mood of selling what the staff what's the clinet to eat and not what the client desires to eat instead. Worth Service Ever !!! Cheaters , miss leading .

It was clearly shown in their screen board the the twins sanditch photos made with arabic bread , and before I ordered I asked tge cashair and confirm it is in arabic bread.

When I received tge sandiwches were made by Labanis bread, I talk to cashair who took my order , she said it is mistake in screen photo... The other arab employee he is stupidly said the on in tye screen is labanese bread.... And keep chalanging in spite the photo and tye cashair admit that the it is arabic bread in the photo.

Cheaters . non profission marketing and attitude ..

In the end i already paid but I refused to...

I looked at the menu, and the food on display, and I decided on a couple of items before asking the staff for it, and he very rudely tells me I can only choose one. So I chose 1 and he proceeds to make me a set with a salad and a soup. I don't want salad or soup. I was then charged AED49, after a very rude customer service session, for a meal that didn't even taste good, and a salad that went to waste. Even though according to the menu on top I could've ordered the 2 items I wanted for a lot cheaper price.
